Katie has a bachelor's in Fine Arts from UNSW and a Master of Arts in Journalism from Charles Sturt University. Having also studied at the National Art School, Katie enjoys using her creative skills to produce original concepts for clients using the written word and through conceptual development to meet the specific requirements. In 2013, Katie published her first book, Wedding Dogs, and was featured on Sunrise, speaking with Koshi and Mel with her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, working on creative projects that include chronic illness and rare disease advocacy, and reading true stories about people who have overcome extreme adversity to live their best lives.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR + CINEMATOGRAPHY

Originally hailing from New Zealand, Reece has spent years traveling around the globe, including a long stint in London, before calling Australia home. Trained and qualified in men’s barbering and gifted with a serious artistic ability for realism portraits and large-scale paintings, Reece brings his obsession for heritage houses and contemporary interiors and architecture to the Sprinkler Familia as a natural-born videographer. Having visited almost every National Trust House in Australia and England, Reece sees buildings as more than just places, but vessels that record a history of the people who occupy them. A huge animal lover, Reece has a particular soft spot for Italian Greyhounds, of which he has two.

Shaun has over seven years of professional videography and video editing experience and is a passionate filmmaker that loves to craft a good story. An avid croissant lover and borderline coffee addict, Shaun's second greatest love is travel, so when he's not in the editing suite, he's most certainly planning his next global adventure. Having been with Sprinkler since our inception, Shaun is an integral part of our team with serious talent in post production. Having married in 2022 he and his partner now enjoy raising their furbaby Nook Nook on the Gold Coast.

CO-FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Clinton uses his background in music, advertising sales, and passion for aesthetics to create visual content that makes an impact. Having always had a keen eye for how things look and sound, Clinton started filming with a smartphone and gimbal in 2017, which led to some significant projects, including a $25 million mansion in Belleview Hill and a $10 million mansion in Vaucluse. He has focused on high-end homes, architectural spaces, luxury brands, and events in recent years. In addition, Clinton enjoys watching clips and movies for creative inspiration, listening to music, and spending quality time with his wife, two kids, and pets when he isn’t filming.

EDITOR

Camille started her career as a video editor for one of the most extensive networks in the Philippines, doing plugs and teasers for TV shows for seven years. After moving into real estate marketing, Camille found her passion for creating high-level video content and joined Sprinkler Media. Camille enjoys playing with her daughter and bike riding with her husband when she isn't researching and learning more about her craft.

PHOTOGRAPHY + EDITING

Alex discovered his passion for storytelling through his Instagram and YouTube (is4oo) account after his father encouraged him to take up photography, where since 2018 he has been honing his craft of capturing breathtaking locations and creating cinematic narratives, particularly at night. As a true hybrid artist in the team, Alex brings versatility across film, photography, and editing, ensuring every story is crafted beautifully from start to finish. When not behind the lens, Alex enjoys exploring new environments that spark his creativity and fuel his storytelling.
