Apartments & Developments has become one of Australia’s leading property storytellers.

A place where creativity, authenticity, and design merge. Founded in Melbourne and led by Jordy and Tom, the company connects developers and agents, with a mission to help sell off-plan developments.

Our collaboration began with a shared belief that to appreciate exceptional developments, it's optimal to understand them through the eyes of their creators. Together, we helped shape "Behind The Developer", a cinematic series that celebrates the people shaping Australia's built environment. Each "hero" is carefully chosen by the AD team for their ability to inspire success both within and beyond real estate.

Reece and Clinton have led the pre- and post-production, travelling the east coast of Australia to meet these remarkable individuals. Edited by Shaun, the series offers a unique feel, with each story revealing something timeless and inspirational. Supported by Kate and Tom, the format evolved into a defining voice for AD Group: human, cinematic and deeply intentional.

Today, that mission continues, to bridge story and substance, to connect inspiring stories with new audiences. It's a reminder that behind every development is someone chasing a vision, shaping a legacy, and contributing to the character of our cities.
